The pouches should not leak at all. You can squeeze our pouches with all your strength and nothing will come out. It is a double zipper and takes a little more pressure to fully zip closed as compared to a normal zip lock. Make sure the cap is screwed on all the way and double check that the zipper is all securely shut.
